    • Manage and maintain all companyelectronic equipment onshore and offshore, including vendorequipment rentals for vessels fleet.
    • Supervise& maintain VSAT, Software, IT related Hardware rentalcontracts.
    • Communicate with client managerregarding technical issues of telecom or internet equipment onboardvessels.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve end-useroperating system, and software related problems In office andvessel.
    • Sets up and configures laptop / desktopcomputers, peripherals and accounts assigning securitylevel.
    • Install software, hardware, andperipherals.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve networkand server access problems for endusers.
    • Coordinate with domain providers in anyissues related to emails and works with hardware vendors to resolveequipment failures / problems.
    • May receive andprocess information of a confidential nature; ensures suchinformation is maintained in strictconfidentiality.
    • Maintain, implement &improve IT policy / SOP.
    • Installing andupdating the NS5 software and its modules on servers and clientmachines
    • Configuring and managing the NS5database and ensuring its security andintegrity
    • Providing technical support andtraining to the NS5 users and resolving any issues or queries theymay have
