- Identify new clients througheffective networking, competitor and government registrationsites.
- Sign up new and older (expired orcancelled) real estate accounts that are not currently subscribedto a Bayut & dubizzle property corporateaccount.
- Ensure clients' fulladvertising commitment to both Bayut & dubizzle and itscompetitors are well documented at the time of signingcontracts.
- Partner effectively with SalesSupport to ensure efficient completion of client on-boardingprocesses. Ensure all necessary documentation is made available toSales Support prior to submission of signedcontracts.
- Ensure all new clients are trainedin maximizing the tools they have signed up for in a timely mannerand that all clients attend the Bayut & dubizzleon-boarding training program necessary for their optimal andsuccessful utilization of ourservices.
- Consistently and continuously monitorclient 'health and quality metrics' ensuringthey are in line with management's expectations and toensure efficient use of service and nomalpractice.
- Communicate effectively to manageclients' expectations to ensure they receive a greatservice.
- Meet or exceed performance targetsstipulated by your line manager.
- Keep up todate with property laws and local real estate developmentnews.
- Regularly updating reporting dashboard totrack all sales activities.
- A minimum of secondary education.Bachelor's degree is preferred
- ValidUAE driving license is required
- Requires aminimum of years'experience
- Basic knowledge of salesprocesses
- Continuing to build knowledge of thebusiness, financials, products/services, the market, and accountneeds
- Ability to deliver excellent customerexperience
- Excellent communication andnegotiation skills
- Flexibility to learn newproducts over time
