Community Administrator - Dubai, United Arab Emirates - KAIZEN Asset Management Services
Description
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the online community, including moderation, engagement, and content creation.- Develop and implement strategies to increase engagement, drive traffic, and grow the community.
- Identify and resolve issues or conflicts within the community, including member disputes and rule violations.
- Work closely with the marketing team to create and execute campaigns that promote community growth and engagement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key community members, influencers, and partners.
- Monitor community feedback and provide insights to the management team to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure a consistent brand voice across all channels.
- Keep uptodate with industry trends and best practices, and share insights with the team.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in community management or related field and in using
Mollak System - Strong knowledge of social media platforms, community management tools, and online marketing.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problemsolving skills and ability to handle conflict resolution.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze data to drive decisionmaking.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
