    Willing to familiarize yourselfwith the companys vision and mission seeking to accomplish setgoals and objectives.

    • Conductingmarket research and identifying potential clients.
    • Cultivating strong relationshipswith new clients while maintaining existing client relationships.
    • Collating andmaintaining client information in the CRM database.
    • Working closely with staff acrossdepartments to implement the growth of the company.
    • Developing and implementingretention plans analyzing reports to inform or update data.
    • Assist with draftingmarketing materials website context presentations referencematerial and other documents as required.
    • Ability to work in multiple projectsconcurrently and meet deadlines.
    • Identify new business opportunities and partners.
    • Demonstrate stronginterpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively withvarious levels of management staff and clients.

    Quality Health Safety and Security

    • Adheres to therequirements of the Environment Health and Safety ManagementSystem.
    • Adheres to therequirements of the Occupational Health and Safety Guidelines andInfection Control Guidelines.
    • Understands and adheres to emergency preparedness firesafety and code policies/plans.

    Education

    • Bachelors Degree inBusiness Management Marketing or related field

    Experience

    • Minimum 2 years relevant work experience inbusiness development or similar field preferred

    Certification and Licensure : NotApplicable

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Excellentcommunication and presentation skills
    • Ability to handle multiple projectssimultaneously and work under pressure.
    • Strong organization and project managementskills.
