We are seeking a skilled Service Desk Analyst to join our team at IFZA Dubai, the most dynamic and truly international Free Zone Community in the UAE.
The ideal candidate will have strong diagnostic skills for basic IT issues across Windows and macOS environments, as well as an understanding of Microsoft 365 apps and services. They should also be familiar with network connectivity principles (Wi-Fi, VPN, LAN) and working knowledge of ITSM platforms and service desk ticketing tools.
