    The ENGLISH & ARABIC SPEAKING Business Development Specialist will be responsible for daily tasks such as lead generation, market research, Email marketing , and growth strategy .

    They will work remotely to identify and pursue business opportunities to drive growth and achieve sales targets.

    Must have experience in working for an Agency ,Key Responsibilities:


    Business Development:
    Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities.
    Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends, and develop targeted strategies to capitalize on market opportunities.

    Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities, and manage the sales process from initial contact to closing deals.


    Client Relationship Management:


    Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their needs and objectives, and positioning our services to meet their requirements.

    Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance and solutions to help them achieve their business goals.

    Collaborate closely with internal teams, including account management, creative, and operations, to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceptional client satisfaction.


    Sales and Revenue Growth:
    Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.

    Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of our services.

    Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both parties.


    Marketing and CRM:
    Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to engage and nurture leads, driving conversion and retention.
    Manage community engagement efforts across relevant platforms, fostering brand advocacy and loyalty.
    Build and optimize sales funnels to maximize conversion rates and customer lifetime value.
    Oversee the development and maintenance of CRM systems to track customer interactions and manage sales processes effectively.


    Public Relations:
    Develop and execute PR strategies to enhance brand visibility and reputation, securing media coverage and industry recognition.
    Cultivate relationships with key media contacts and influencers to amplify brand messaging and storytelling.
    Monitor and analyze media coverage and PR metrics to evaluate effectiveness and make data-driven adjustments as needed.

    Qualifications

    Analytical Skills, Market Research skills, and Lead Generation skillsStrong communication skills, both written and verbal5 years agency experienceenglish / ArabicExperience in business development or salesAbility to work independently and remotelyProficient in Microsoft Office and CRM softwareProficient in marketing softwaresKnowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing
