    • PatientAssessment:
    • Conduct comprehensive assessmentsof patients' health status, including physical, emotional,and mental well-being.
    • Document findingsaccurately and timely in the patient's medicalrecord.
    • Nursing Care Planning andImplementation:
    • Develop individualized careplans based on patients' needs, medical history, andtreatment goals.
    • Implement nursinginterventions and treatments in accordance with establishedprotocols and physician orders.
    • Monitor andevaluate patients' responses to interventions, adjustingcare plans as necessary.
    • MedicationAdministration:
    • Administer medications andtreatments safely and accurately, following prescribed dosages androutes.
    • Monitor patients for adverse reactionsor side effects, taking appropriate action asneeded.
    • Educate patients about theirmedications, including proper administration techniques andpotential side effects.
    • PatientEducation:
    • Provide patients and their familieswith information about their health conditions, treatment options,and self-care strategies.
    • Teach patients how tomanage their conditions at home, including medication management,dietary changes, and lifestylemodifications.
    • Address patients'questions and concerns, offering support and guidance asneeded.
    • Collaboration andCommunication:
    • Collaborate with other membersof the healthcare team, including physicians, therapists, andsocial workers, to coordinate patientcare.
    • Communicate effectively with patients,families, and colleagues, ensuring that important information isshared and understood.
    • Advocate forpatients' needs and rights, promoting a patient-centeredapproach to care.
    • Compliance andDocumentation:
    • Adhere to legal and ethicalstandards of nursing practice, as well as organizational policiesand procedures.
    • Maintain accurate andup-to-date documentation of nursing assessments, interventions, andoutcomes.
