    We are hiring motivated and proactive UAE Nationals for entry -level Administrative Support<\/b> roles. This opportunity is ideal for high school graduates and diploma holders who are eager to begin or grow their careers in a professional corporate environment and are available to join immediately.

    <\/div> As an Admin Support Officer, you will assist with daily administrative and operational tasks, manage documentation, support internal teams, and help ensure the smooth functioning of day -to -day office activities.

    <\/div> Key Responsibilities:<\/b><\/u>

    • Perform general administrative tasks including filing, data entry, document control, and record management.
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Handle internal and external communication professionally via email, phone, or other channels.
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Maintain and update databases, logs, documents, and reports accurately.
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Coordinate with internal teams to support daily operations and follow -ups.
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing basic reports, and organizing documentation.
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Ensure all administrative processes comply with company standards and guidelines.
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining strong attention to detail.

    • Adapt to evolving administrative procedures and operational requirements.<\/span>
      <\/li><\/ul> Key Requirements:<\/u><\/b>

      • UAEN with a Family Book (Emiratisation role)
        <\/span><\/li>
      • High School or Diploma qualification
        <\/span><\/li>
      • 1–2 years of experience in administration, operations, or customer service (preferred)
        <\/span><\/li>
      • Strong communication skills in Arabic and English (written & verbal)
        <\/span><\/li>
      • Proficient in computer use and Windows -based applications
        <\/span><\/li>
      • Organized, detail -oriented, and able to work in a fast -paced environment
        <\/span><\/li>
      • Available to join immediately<\/span>
