    JobDescription:

    PositionOverview: As a Marketing Intern you will play apivotal role in enhancing our online presence creating compellingcontent and supporting our sales pipeline management efforts. Inaddition to social media and content management responsibilitiesyou will assist in the utilisation and development of MicrosoftDynamics Sales CRM to optimise our sales processes and driverevenuegrowth.

    Responsibilities:

    • Developand execute a social media strategy to increase brand awareness andengagement on LinkedIn aligning with our marketing objectives andtargetaudience.
    • Createand schedule engaging posts articles and updates on LinkedIn toshowcase our expertise and highlight industryinsights.
    • Writeblog articles and other content pieces to share on our website andsocial media channels contributing to thought leadership and brandpositioning.
    • Conductkeyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve ourwebsites visibility and search engine rankings driving organictraffic and leadgeneration.
    • Assistin the management of the sales pipeline utilising MicrosoftDynamics Sales CRM to track leads opportunities and customerinteractions.
    • Collaboratewith the sales team to ensure accurate data entry pipelinemanagement and reporting within the CRMsystems.
    • Supportthe development of customizations and enhancements within MicrosoftDynamics Sales CRM to streamline sales processes and improveefficiency.
    • Managethe company intranet ensuring that communications are postedregularly and contain relevant and useful content for employeesfostering internal communication andengagement.
    • Monitorand analyse social media and website metrics to track performanceand identify areas for improvement providing insights forcontinuousoptimization.
    • Stayinformed about industry trends and best practices in social mediamarketing content management CRM utilisation and sales pipelinemanagement.

    Requirements:

    • Pursuinga degree in Marketing Communications Digital Media or a relatedfield.
    • Strongwriting and communication skills with the ability to createengaging and informative content for variousplatforms.
    • Familiaritywith social media platforms particularly LinkedIn and understandingof best practices for content creation andengagement.
    • Basicknowledge of SEO principles and techniques with a willingness tolearn and apply newstrategies.
    • (Preferred)experience with CRM systems preferably Microsoft Dynamics Sales CRMor a willingness to learn and adaptquickly.
    • Creativethinking and attention to detail with the ability to adapt tochanging priorities anddeadlines.
    • Abilityto work independently and collaboratively in a fastpacedenvironment.
    • Enthusiasmfor marketing technology andinnovation.
