What We're
Looking For<\/span><\/u><\/b>

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Floor
  Supervisor, Assistant Manager, In -Room Dining or Restaurant Manager in a Luxury
  Hotel is preferred.<\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>
• A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management
  or a related field is a plus.<\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>
• Flexibility to
  work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, based on the
  requirements of the Hotel.<\/span>

• Computer literacy, with a mastery of Word, Excel, and
  Outlook, while possessing an exceptional knowledge of Restaurant Management
  software and POS systems.<\/span>

• Comprehensive understanding of Health and Safety
  Regulations, Food Hygiene Standards, and Best Practices in Restaurant
