- Responsible for bringing anddeveloping the business directly from theclient.
- Adhere to all company policies,procedures and business ethics code and ensure that they arecommunicated and implemented.
- Initiate andcoordinates development of action plans to get newclients.
- Identify new potential clients withinthe allocated sector and implement business developmentactivities.
- Identify client'srequirements and determine the best solution, present proposal,while ensuring customer concurrence throughout the entireimplementation process to support successfulassociation.
- Provide timely customized Servicessolutions and services to our customers/ partners to meet theirrequirements and exceed their satisfactionlevels.
- Ensure that all communication withclients is accurate in content & format and are inaccordance with Company standards.
- Solicitclient feedback throughout the proposal and executionphases.
- Monitor client's feedback andsatisfaction with the products.
- Maintainawareness of the market (products, clients, competitors) and useany relevant information to build clientbase.
- Liaise with operations team and act asliaison between client & operations on issues relating todelivery, installation, and projectcompletion/maintenance.
- Routinely meet clientsto ensure satisfaction and address any potential issuesappropriately.
- Prepare internal weekly reports,forecasting and other routine reports on a timely basis and asrequested from time to time by Head ofSales
- Ensure good relations are maintained withclients and all members of staff at alllevels.
- Adherence to the Quality ManagementSystem procedures and its performance
- Maintaina database of current and potentialclients.
