    ITPLiveisseeking interns to join the team at TopGear Middle East as SocialMedia Video Creators. As part of this role interns will attendevents and create trendy car videos reels and stay up to date withthe latest news in Automotive & Motorsport. The intern willcollaborate closely with the team lead on specific projects workingon a daily basis to contribute to the creation of engaging videocontent for social mediaplatforms.

    Requirements

    Responsibilities:
    • Attendautomotive events to capture footage and create engaging videocontent.
    • Createtrendy car videos and reels for social mediaplatforms.
    • Stayup to date with the latest news and trends in the automotive andmotorsportindustries.
    • Collaborateclosely with the team lead to execute social media videoprojects.
    • Ensurecontent is optimized for each platform and resonates with thetargetaudience.
    • Assistin brainstorming sessions for content ideas and creativedirection.

    Requirements:
    • Strongpassion for automotive and motorsportindustries.
    • Abilityto attend events and capture compellingfootage.
    • Proficiencyin video editingsoftware.
    • Creativemindset and ability to think outside thebox.
    • Muststay up to date with the latest trends in social media and videocontentcreation.
    • Mustbe able to work from the ITP office inDubai.
    Miscellaneous
    • Candidatesshould have a strong foundation in the position they are applyingfor. The team lead will provide support to enhance the experienceduring the internship period.

    Key Responsibilities: Lead, manage, and inspire a team of writers,reporters, and contributors to produce high-quality content fordigital and print platforms. Develop and execute an effectivecontent strategy that aligns with the brand's objectives andresonates with our target audience. Plan, assign, write, and editarticles, features, and daily online news stories, ensuringaccuracy, consistency, and adherence to the brand's editorialstandards. Stay updated on industry trends, news, and developmentsto ensure the brand's content remains timely and relevant.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, includingindustry experts and partners, to enhance content quality andcoverage. Ensure the timely publication of content across variousplatforms, including the brand's website, social media channels,and print publications. Monitor and analyse content performancemetrics to make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering aculture of creativity, innovation, and professional growth.Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Journalism, Communications,English, or a related field. A minimum of five years of editorialexperience, prior experience in B2B publishing is preferred.Required Skills: Exceptional English written and verbalcommunication skills. Strong editorial skills including editing,proofreading, and fact checking. Creative thinker with a keen eyefor design and visual aesthetics. Excellent organisational andproject management skills. Proficient in using editorial softwareand tools. Strong knowledge of digital publishing platforms,content management systems, and SEO best practices. Paywallexperience. Project budget management skills. Desirable Attributes:Passionate about the GCC technology market. Ability to workeffectively under pressure and meet deadlines. Collaborative teamplayer with strong interpersonal skills. Knowledgeable about thelatest trends in the travel industry. Energetic, self-motivated,and results driven. International roaster of travel writers andphotographers.
