    Basic Qualifications(Required Skills/Experience):

    • Bachelor's Degree orhigher
    • 3+ years' experience inprogram or project management
    • 3+years' experience in a leadership role, leading teams orprojects to successful completion
    • 3+years' experience managing projects and utilizingstandard project management tools

    PreferredQualifications (DesiredSkills/Experience):

    • Master's Degree orhigher
    • 5 or more years' related workexperience or an equivalent combination of education andexperience

    Typical Education&Experience:

    Mid-Level(Level 3)

    Education/experiencetypically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) andtypically 6 or more years' related work experience or anequivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4years' related work experience, 10 years' relatedwork experience, etc.).

    Senior(Level 4)

    Education/experiencetypically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) andtypically 10 or more years' related work experience or anequivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8years' related work experience, 14 years' relatedwork experience,etc.).

    Relocation:
