    Purchasing Assistant Officer - Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates - Precision Hire Solution

    Job Information

    • Develop and implement purchasing strategies according to the needs and objectives of the company
    • Ensure monitoring of the procurement process supplier selection and contract negotiation
    • Establish and maintain relationships with different stakeholders
    • Negotiate contracts optimally while ensuring the quality of products and services
    • Ensure compliance and quality of products according to regulations
    • Prepare regular reports on the activities and performance of the purchasing department for Management
    • Ensure team management

    Job Requirements

    • Holds a university degree in purchasing management business management or a related field.
    • Have significant experience of at least 5 years in the construction sector in Luxembourg as well as in the Greater Region
    • Excellent leadership ability with proven team management skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
