    Description

    We are hiring a committed and detail-oriented Property & Facilities Administrator to manage the end-to-end administrative functions across our real estate, facility management, and trading divisions.

    This position requires someone who can handle both back-end operations and client-facing coordination with precision.

    You'll be responsible for maintaining property records, preparing reports, tracking payments, coordinating with tenants and vendors, and supporting various teams including fit-outs, digital marketing, and procurement.

    A strong grip on Excel and multitasking across departments is key to success in this role.

    Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate property records, lease documents, and payment logsCoordinate with tenants, vendors, and in-house teams for service requests and updatesPrepare daily/weekly Excel trackers, reports, and project logsAssist in invoicing, petty cash records, and basic expense monitoringHandle documentation for facility-related operations, AMC renewals, and fit-out worksSupport internal marketing efforts with Canva or digital content coordinationEnsure compliance with company processes and timely documentation flowAct as an admin support hub for operations, accounts, and trading teamsRequirements2–3 years of hands-on experience in property or facilities administration in the UAESolid knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel (data tracking, reporting)Experience in basic accounting, petty cash handling, and invoice trackingExposure to digital marketing (social media posts, Canva, basic tools) is a strong plusPrior involvement in documentation, lease tracking, and service coordinationWell-organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in task follow-upsAbility to multitask across property, fit-out, and trading-related admin rolesStrong verbal and written communication skills in EnglishBachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferredAbout the CompanyLynx International is a multi-vertical group headquartered in Dubai Production City, specializing in Real Estate Services, Integrated Facility Management, Technical Contracting, Interior Decor Fit-outs and Global Trading.
