    This is an exciting opportunity to join us as a Senior Procurement Coordinator, responsible for setting up, optimizing, and leading the procurement and vendor management function.

    This role will play a key part in ensuring our properties operate to the highest standard, with quality and efficiency in sourcing, supplier relationships, cost control, and service delivery.

    Key Responsibilities

    Procurement Strategy and Leadership
    • Develop and maintain procurement strategy aligned with operational needs and company growth.
    • Oversee procurement including sourcing, order generation and tracking, delivery scheduling, and invoice approvals.
    • Provide leadership and direction to the team, ensuring service excellence and efficiency. Lead and mentor a team of Coordinators by setting clear KPIs and support their development.
    • Lead training and professional development initiatives for junior team members, fostering a high-performance culture.
    • Work closely with operations teams to forecast demand and ensure timely procurement enhancing service delivery.
    • Oversee and manage multiple projects with efficiency, ensuring timely and precise execution in high-pressure environments.
    • Manage procurement and reporting by utilizing CRM systems for tracking, reporting, and compliance.
    • Develop and implement process improvements to optimize workflows and enhance overall efficiency. Identify areas for cost savings, supplier consolidation, and procurement efficiencies without compromising on quality.
    • Act as a senior liaison between clients, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
    • Identify procurement challenges, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to enhance client experience. Supplier/Vendor Management
    • Manage and build relationships with 100+ suppliers across categories including luxury furniture, maintenance, amenities, cleaning services, lifestyle brands, and more.
    • Negotiate contracts, pricing, SLAs, and payment terms with both new and existing vendors.
    • Build a preferred supplier program based on performance, quality, and service delivery.
    • Manage standardized processes for ordering and receiving products/services.
    • Maintain accurate procurement documentation including contracts, warranties, service agreements, and vendor contact logs.
    • Identify procurement risks and develop contingency plans.
    • Conduct regular vendor reviews and performance evaluations. Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Partner closely with Finance and Operations teams to align on procurement priorities.
    • Liaise with the Design/Interiors team to ensure product sourcing is in line with client requirements and brand standards.
    • Communicate clearly with stakeholders on procurement timelines, changes, or delays. Reporting & Analytics
    • Build and analyze procurement data to make data-driven decisions and continuous improvements.
    • Monitor and analyze service performance, client satisfaction, and operational KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
    • Develop procurement dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs (cost savings, supplier performance, order fulfillment rates). Maintain systems for order tracking and reordering.
    • Present findings and insights to senior leadership on a regular basis. Compliance & Record Organization
    • Oversee the meticulous organization and management of digital and physical records, including but not limited to contracts, service agreements, quotations, and invoices.
    • Ensure compliance with internal policies and industry best practices for record-keeping and data security.

    Qualifications & Experience:

    • Experience: Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in the UAE in procurement or supply chain management, preferably in hospitality, property management, or luxury/lifestyle sectors, with relative territory attested certification
    ● Expertise:

    Strong understanding of luxury lifestyle, global travel markets, property management, and UHNW client needs

    ● Communication:

    Exceptional verbal and written English skills; ability to convey ideas clearly and confidently

    ● Problem-Solving:

    Strong judgment, ethical decision-making, and proactive problem-resolution skills

    ● Software Skills:

    Strong proficiency in CRM, procurement, and project management tools

    ● Organization:

    Outstanding multitasking abilities, attention to detail and time management skills

    ● Adaptability:

    Ability to work unsupervised, maintain composure under pressure, and thrive in a fast-paced environment

    ● Professionalism:
