    PositionOverview:As a Business Development Manager for ourmarine division you will be responsible for identifying newbusiness opportunities cultivating relationships with keystakeholders and developing strategies to expand our marketpresence in the maritime industry. Drawing upon your extensiveexperience and industry knowledge you will play a pivotal role indriving revenue growth fostering partnerships and enhancing ourcompetitive position in themarket.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    1. MarketAnalysis: Conduct thorough market research toidentify emerging trends competitive landscapes and potentialopportunities for growth within the maritimesector.
    2. BusinessStrategy: Develop and implement strategic plans topenetrate new markets expand our customer base and achieve revenuetargets for the marinedivision.
    3. ClientEngagement: Build and maintain strong relationshipswith existing clients as well as cultivate new partnerships withship owners maritime operators government entities and other keystakeholders.
    4. ProposalDevelopment: Collaborate with internal teams toprepare compelling proposals presentations and bids for marineprojects ensuring alignment with client requirements and companyobjectives.
    5. Negotiation andContracting: Lead negotiations with clients tosecure favorable terms and agreements while ensuring compliancewith regulatory standards and companypolicies.
    6. TeamCollaboration: Work closely with crossfunctionalteams including engineering operations and finance to coordinateproject delivery resolve challenges and optimize businessprocesses.
    7. MarketExpansion: Explore opportunities to diversify ourproduct and service offerings expand into new geographic regionsand leverage technology advancements to enhance our competitiveedge.
    8. PerformanceTracking: Monitor and analyze sales performancemetrics market trends and customer feedback to identify areas forimprovement and adjust strategiesaccordingly.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelorsdegree in Business Administration Engineering or related field; MBApreferred.
    • Minimum of 10 years of experience inbusiness development sales or marketing roles within the maritimeindustry.
    • Proven track record of successfullydriving revenue growth and achieving business targets in the marinesector.
    • Deep understanding of maritime industrydynamics including regulatory requirements market trends andcustomer preferences.
    • Strong negotiationcommunication and interpersonal skills with the ability to buildrapport with diverse stakeholders.
    • Strategicthinker with the ability to develop and execute effective businessplans and marketing strategies.
    • Proficiency inMicrosoft Office Suite and CRM software; familiarity with marineindustry software applications is aplus.
