    Job Description:

    As a Business Development Manager you will be responsible for driving business growth and fostering strong relationships with international clients in the automobile industry. Your primary focus will be on expanding our client base identifying new business opportunities and promoting our products and services effectively. This role requires a strategic mindset excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of the automotive market dynamics.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share in the automobile industry.
    2. Identify potential clients assess their needs and establish longterm relationships to drive business growth.
    3. Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends competitor activities and emerging opportunities.
    4. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to customize solutions and proposals according to client requirements.
    5. Negotiate contracts pricing and terms with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
    6. Coordinate with internal departments such as sales marketing and product development to deliver exceptional customer service and support.
    7. Represent the company at industry events trade shows and networking forums to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
    8. Prepare regular reports and presentations to track sales performance analyze key metrics and identify areas for improvement.
    9. Stay informed about the latest advancements in automotive technology regulations and market trends to provide valuable insights and recommendations.
    10. Travel as needed to meet with clients attend business meetings and explore new market opportunities.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Engineering or related field. MBA preferred.
    • Proven track record of at least 5 years in business development or sales roles within the automobile industry with a focus on international markets.
    • Strong understanding of automotive products services and industry dynamics.
    • Excellent negotiation communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
    • Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
    • UAE driving license and willingness to travel.
