    Job Description


    We are looking for aGuest Service Agent (Hotel Front Reception)to join our Front Office team. Reporting to the Front Office Manager, you will Infuseour values Guest Passion, Sustainable Performance, Trust, Spirit of Conquest, Innovation and Respect into everything you do.You will have a passion for the Hospitality Industry and be committed to delivering high levels of customer service.

    The role:

    • Provideexceptional customer servicefrom the heartby responding torequests promptly, efficiently and courteously.
    • Participatein training and development programs to enhanceskills and capabilities.
    • Promoteand up-sellhotel facilities through strong product knowledge.
    • Maintaina high level of professionalism and ensureprocedures are followed in relation to guest confidentiality and the issuing of room keys.
    • Maintainprocedures in relation to credit and cash transactions and accounting documentation.
    • Attendto guest requests efficiently and effectively, constantly striving to provide Total Guest Satisfaction.

    Qualifications

    • A strong focus on customer service
    • Prior experience in hotel front office operations is preferred
    • Excellent communication skills fluency in English is required
    • Be able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
    • Computer skills in Ms Office experience with current Property Management Systems (PMS) is preferred.
    • Fluent in English and Russian Language.
