KeyResponsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategicbusiness development plans to achieve sales targets and expandmarket share in the automobileindustry.
• Identify potential clients, assesstheir needs, and establish long-term relationships to drivebusiness growth.
• Conduct market research tostay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, andemerging opportunities.
• Collaborate withcross-functional teams to customize solutions and proposalsaccording to client requirements.
• Negotiatecontracts, pricing, and terms with clients to ensure mutuallybeneficial agreements.
• Coordinate with internaldepartments such as sales, marketing, and product development todeliver exceptional customer service andsupport.
• Represent the company at industryevents, trade shows, and networking forums to enhance brandvisibility and generate leads.
• Prepare regularreports and presentations to track sales performance, analyze keymetrics, and identify areas forimprovement.
• Stay informed about the latestadvancements in automotive technology, regulations, and markettrends to provide valuable insights andrecommendations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in BusinessAdministration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field. MBApreferred.
• Proven track record of at least 5years in business development or sales roles within the automobileindustry, with a focus on internationalmarkets.
• Strong understanding of automotiveproducts, services, and industrydynamics.
• Excellent negotiation, communication,and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to workindependently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-pacedenvironment.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite andCRM software.
• Fluency in English; knowledge ofadditional languages is a plus.
• UAE drivinglicense and willingness totravel.
