    The RoleWe're looking for a Revenue Operations / Business Development Manager (Outbound) to build and scale our outbound engine from scratch.

    This is a hybrid role combining tech-enabled sales, revenue ops, and growth execution.

    You'll be responsible for designing the entire outbound pipeline, from data and infrastructure to messaging and automation — while keeping a high bar for personalization and lead quality.

    You'll operate at the intersection of sales, tooling, automation, and messaging, turning outbound into a predictable and scalable growth channel.

    ResponsibilitiesDesign and own the end-to-end outbound pipeline (ICP → list → enrichment → outreach → booking)Build clean, validated lead lists and continuously improve data qualitySet up and maintain outbound infrastructure (domains, inboxes, DMARC, SPF, DKIM, warm-up)Automate outbound campaigns at scale while preserving high-quality personalizationWork across LinkedIn, email, and multichannel sequencesUse and optimize modern sales tools (Clay, Apollo, Salesflow, Leadmagic, etc.)

    Build and maintain automation flows using Zapier, n8n, webhooks, and APIsCraft outbound messaging that cuts through noise and triggers responsesContinuously test, iterate, and improve messaging, targeting, and sequencesTrack pipeline performance, conversion rates, and bottlenecksWork closely with Sales and Revenue teams to ensure qualified pipeline handoffWhat You Bring Strong tech-enabled sales mindset, you love tools, systems, and automation Proven experience building outbound at scale, not just sending messages manually Ability to structure repeatable, scalable processes from zero Experience with sales stacks (Clay, Apollo, Salesflow, Leadmagic, or similar) Hands-on experience with email deliverability (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, inbox warm-up) Experience automating workflows via Zapier, n8n, or similar tools Ability to craft outbound messages that resonate with decision-makers Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment Fluent English (written & spoken)Nice to Have Experience in fintech, B2B SaaS, or complex sales environments Experience working with HubSpot or similar CRM Familiarity with enrichment providers and data validation workflows Understanding of ICP design and segmentation Build the Outbound Engine – Own and scale a core growth channel from the ground up High-Impact Role – Your work directly feeds revenue and growth Cross-Functional Exposure – Work closely with Revenue, Sales, Ops, and Leadership Fast-Growing Fintech – Systems you build will scale with the company
