Job Summary
We are seeking an accomplished and visionary Development Manager (Building Project) to lead the full lifecycle of real estate projects—from concept and design through to delivery.+
Responsibilities
- Define and lead the overall vision, positioning, and strategy for each new project, including land assessment and development scope.
- Drive the conceptualization of projects, ensuring creative, functional, and profitable design solutions aligned with brand identity and market demand.
- Determine optimal unit layouts, mix, and pricing strategies for residential, commercial or mixed-use developments to ensure competitiveness profitability.
