    JobDescription

    • Toensure a professional and profitable operation within the frameworkof the Hotel
    • With thehotel training manager identify training needs and develop anddeliver the required training for department employees to meet theneeds of the business. Support the training ofDepartmental.
    • Trainersto continue to improve hotel service levels and implement a dailydepartmental trainingprogram
    • To achievedepartmental budget goals by maintaining profits through increasedsales revenue and the efficient costexpenditure
    • Toaccurately forecast business demands to ensure efficient staffing& foodproduction
    • To beresponsible for all accounting and billing procedures in theoutlets
    • To work withhotel management to develop & execute plans and actions forthe marketing of the outlet. To be aware of all Guest Incentiveprograms and actively promote and supportthese.
    • To ensure theefficient scheduling of Management & Team Members in theoutlet and to be responsible for the accurate supervision of theTeam Members time controlsystem.
    • To beresponsible for the execution of all Team Member reviews andappraisals in a professional and timelymanner
    • To trainmanagers and supervisors in effective coaching and counseling andthe correct process of progressivediscipline
    • To beresponsible for maintaining outlet safety and sanitation standardsat all times
    • To beresponsible for asset management of all outlet property andfacilities and to conduct a regular preventative maintenanceinspection.
    • Promotepositive interdepartmental relations through candid communicationand cooperation.
    • Towork closely with the Banqueting department to support allrequestedfunctions.
    • Above allto lead by example through a hands on approach to motivate our TeamMembers toexcel.

    Qualifications

    • Previousexperience in Restaurant & Bar operations managementrole
    • Passion forleadership andteamwork.
    • Eye fordetail to achieve operationalexcellence.
    • Excellentguest serviceskills.
    • Collegediploma in Hotel Management or relatedfield.
    • Experience inbar management menu engineering
