    Description
    • Development &Implementation of efficient Planning Functions, such as Work Breakdown Structure, Master schedule review, Manpower Histograms& Cost loading, Progress Measurement System andcoordination.
    • Schedule/Progress Reviews andprovides recommendation for approval and/or comments on thecontractor's schedule submissions, relying on relevantcontract terms & conditions and GHDs' bestpractices.
    • Production of project status reportsand management of project dashboards.
    • Liaisewith Project Management to support teams and monitor performance toensure adherence to standards andprocedures.
    • Review of Time Extension Claims,Forensic analysis of schedules, Risk analysis and Continuousimprovement strategies.
    • Understands and appliesengineering, procurement, and construction terminology, concepts,and relationships Develops and maintains critical path logicnetworks and bar charts utilizing thisinformation.
    • Reviews contractor'sschedule/progress updates, and weekly and monthly progress reports,and validates accuracy of progress data in coordination with thesite team.
    • Records any deviations and/ordeficiencies in the progress of works, and drafts notificationletters to contractors highlighting the areas of concern in termsof factors affecting the schedule/progress of theworks.
    • Leads the development of GHDs'weekly & monthly progress reports and progresspresentations, taking the lead for all schedule/progress relateddata, and coordinating with the project team to collate otherinputs (quality, safety, commercial,etc).
    • Presents progress progress status atmeetings.
    • Coordinate with site engineers andinspectors who shall verify the contents of the Daily ProgressReports and provide verified data to be reflected on the originalContractors' submission EOTClaims.
    • Provide input/details on the projectprogram as part of time impact analysis and claimsdetermination.
    • Generate tabular and graphicreports for baseline targets and actual earned values andforecasting.
    • Pursue the implementation oftechnological advancements and digital innovations in the field ofplanning, monitoring and record keeping.

    • Bachelor's degree inengineering or construction Management or related field (orequivalent experience)
    • 10+ years of relatedwork experience.
    • Requires basic engineeringknowledge in electrical, mechanical, civil, or a relatedfield.
    • Proficient PC skills includingproficiency in various Project Controls software and MicrosoftOffice Suite. Strong level of working knowledge with Primavera(Certification as a Primavera Planner Professional isneeded).
    • MMUP accreditation and experience ofminimum 5 years in the role of planning & projectcontrol.
    • Competencies in working with PIMBOKRevision 5 (PMI registration will be wellregarded).
