- Stakeholder Management – Lead recruitment for senior and multiple smaller stakeholders, acting as the main point of contact, providing regular updates, and ensuring alignment on hiring needs.
- End-to-End Recruitment Operations – Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, conducting Behavioral Based Interviews (BBI), and facilitating offers and negotiations.
- Candidate Quality & Experience – Ensure high-quality hires through assessment of technical skills, cultural fit, and potential; promote diversity and inclusion; and deliver a seamless, engaging candidate experience.
- Collaboration with Sourcing Teams – Partner with sourcing teams to maintain a strong candidate pipeline, provide feedback on sourcing strategies, and ensure timely recruitment decisions.
- Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement – Identify and implement improvements in recruitment operations, staying updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
- Stakeholder & External Engagement – Manage relationships with internal teams (DH verticals, HC rewards, onboarding, HC excellence) and external partners (agencies, professional networks, universities) to support recruitment objectives.
- Recruitment Analytics & Compliance – Track recruitment metrics, maintain data privacy compliance, and provide insights to improve recruitment effectiveness and alignment with organizational policies.
- Educational Qualifications – Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience – 2–4 years in talent acquisition, ideally with at least 2 years in a shared services environment; experience in the Middle East, Real Estate asset/community management experience preferred.
- Technical Knowledge – Proficient in HRIS, applicant tracking systems, recruitment technologies, and sourcing channels (job boards, social media, referrals).
- Regulatory & Market Knowledge – Strong understanding of employment laws, data privacy regulations, and relevant industry/market trends.
- Core Skills & Competencies – Stakeholder management, negotiation, assessment and evaluation, recruitment analytics, and reporting.
- Behavioral Competencies – Customer-focused, effective communicator (concise, coherent, empathetic), adaptable, critical thinker, and strong time management skills.
