Heavilyinvolved in the planning & Execution process of projectsrelated to Buildings andFacilities.

2.KEY RESULTS &ACCOUNTABILITIES

Experienced in buildingsfacilitiesprojects

Actively contribute to theannual budget implementation evaluate and recommend specificadjustments during the implementation to projects/activitiesneeds.

Ensure the timely submissionof business measurable objectives to the concernsupervisor.

Ensure proper integration andcoordination with works followed and carried out for otherdisciplines.

Ensure the right selectionsof all building materials since this decision will directly affectthe cost of future maintenance by close coordination with Planning& Design Section during designphase.

Ensure smooth and efficienthanding over of buildings & facilities constructed undersupervision of Projects Execution Section by close coordination andactive collaboration duringexecution.

Ensure the proper decisionshad been made in a buildings design to use longlasting materialsand equipment for Value EngineeringConcept.

Ensurethe proper construction or installation to improve satisfactoryperformance.

Selectsystem and operation specifically for building occupancy andperform regular audits to monitor performance andconsumption.

Provideoptimum operating efficiency for the systems and equipment andPerform costbenefit analysis of systems and retrofitproposals.

Implementinga plan to improve the methods of determining professional staffingrequired for fieldlevel facilitiesmanagement.

Allocatesupervise and control engineering outsourcing contractors toprovide a standard level of facility in terms ofoperations.

Ensurethe effective use of diagnostictechniques.

Ensureto extend the life and improve the capability of buildings systemand equipment to perform at their maximumpotential.

Improvework methods and procedures to increase theproductivity.

Selectthe most costeffective method i.e. outsourced contracts versusplant forces when and what toprivatize.

Maintainsufficient management information systems to allow analysis andaudit.

Providerelated progress status and issues and prepare reports to concernedsupervisor/manager.

Performsother responsibilities associated with this position whenappropriate.

Requirements

Bachelors in engineering from a recognizeduniversity.

37years experience in similar filed with emphases in buildingfacilities operationssystems.

Excellentknowledge and intensive experience with international civilprograms and standards functions systems procedures and knowledgeof quality & safety standards and projectsmanagement.

Possessgood leadership skills including the ability to lead &motivate his team decisionmaking skills ability to performmultitasking follow up and planning abilities time management andgood computerskills.

Verygood communication skills fluent in report writing and groupfacilitation; presentation skills and fluency in speaking andwriting in English andArabic.

Analyticalthinking problem solving business innovation and customer serviceorientation.

Bachelor s degree in electrical engineering from a recognizeduniversity. 3 7 Years experience in similar field in maintenance& facility management. Possess good leadership skills includingthe ability to lead & motivate his team, decision makingskills, ability to perform multitasking, follow up and planningabilities, time management, and good computer skills. Very goodcommunication skills, fluent in report writing and groupfacilitation; presentation skills, and fluency in speaking andwriting in English and Arabic. Analytical thinking, problemsolving, business innovation, and customer service orientation.Excellent knowledge and intensive experience with internationalElectro-Mechanical programs and standards, functions, systems,procedures, and knowledge of quality & safety standards andprojects management.
