    Description
    Our client is a leading Anti-Money Laundering software provider in the UAE looking for a Business Development Manager to join their team in Dubai.

    In this role, you are expected to grow and develop strategic partnerships in the region to promote the products and services the company provides.

    Responsibilities:
    • Increase annual revenue by successfully selling new business:
    • Identify and manage new business opportunities, focusing primarily on Financial Institutions in the GCC.
    • Cultivate a strong pipeline of potential deals.
    • Clearly communicate our value proposition to prospects.
    • Professionally demonstrate our product and showcase its features.
    • Utilize top-notch sales discovery skills to identify client pain points and position the company as the preferred solution.
    • Acquire in-depth knowledge of our product suite and effectively communicate the unique selling points of all modules.
    • Collaborate with sales development team to implement sequences/cadences for identifying promising leads.
    • Communicate market demands for product enhancements to the Product Development team.
    • Utilize HubSpot as a tool to accelerate the sales process.

    Requirements

    • Demonstrated excellence in sales, coupled with effective oral and written communication skills.
    • 1-3 years experience in sales especially in financial markets.
    • Having experience in either using or selling various financial crime and compliance systems in the market would be a valuable asset and provide a distinct advantage.
    • Proven ability to initiate and manage tasks independently, showcasing creativity in territory management.
    • A genuine passion for addressing financial crime challenges and a belief in the transformative power of technology.
    • Results-oriented and focused on achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), displaying a sense of ownership for responsibilities.
    • Thrives in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
    • Strong interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships both internally and externally.
    • While not mandatory, possessing a financial crime qualification would be advantageous.
