    Description

    As a Doorman, you'll be the main point of contact for guests during their stay at the hotel. Your role involves providing information about the hotel and the local area, welcoming guests upon arrival, assisting with departures, managing luggage, and offering various services to enhance their experience.

    What will I be doing?

    As a Doorman, you act as a crucial link between guests and the hotel, as well as other hotel departments. Your interactions significantly influence guests' first impressions, so maintaining a professional and welcoming demeanor is essential. Your responsibilities include:

    • Adhering to Company brand standards consistently
    • Greeting guests upon arrival and helping with their luggage
    • Building rapport with regular guests and visitors
    • Staying informed about hotel services, VIP guests, and special events
    • Having knowledge of nearby locations, attractions, and landmarks
    • Demonstrating professionalism with a focus on hospitality and guest service
    • Escalating any guest issues to the duty manager
    • Bidding farewell to departing guests and wishing them a pleasant journey

    Requirements

    What are we looking for?

    As a Doorman representing Hilton brands, you are always representing our guests and collaborating with other team members. To excel in this role, you should exhibit the following attitudes, behaviors, skills, and values:

    • Previous experience in luxury hotel/hospitality industry
    • Desirable minimum height of 180 cm or 6 feet
    • Ability to stand for extended periods and assist guests with luggage, requiring physical fitness
    • Proficiency in multiple languages is advantageous in high-end hotels catering to international guests
    • Impeccable personal presentation
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Calm, polite, and discreet demeanor
    • Preferably, a good understanding of the area and the country
    • Passionate about teamwork and autonomy
