    Description

    Project Planning andExecution:

    • Develop andmaintain project plans, including scope, timelines, resourceallocation, and budgeting to ensure the successful implementationof e-commerceinitiatives.

    E-commercePlatformExpertise:

    • Leveragein-depth knowledge of e-commerce platforms and technologies to makeinformed decisions about platform selection, integrations, andcustomizations.

    Cross-functionalCollaboration:

    • Workclosely with web developers (internal and external ), UX/UIdesigners, marketing professionals, and IT specialists to ensureseamless integration of e-commerce initiatives with existingsystems andprocesses.

    StakeholderManagement:

    • Engage withkey stakeholders to gather requirements, provide project updates,and ensure that the e-commerce project meets the needs of thebusiness and itscustomers.

    AgileMethodologies:

    • Utilizeagile project management methodologies to facilitate iterativedevelopment, adapt to changing requirements, and deliver value tothe business in shortcycles.

    RiskManagement:

    • Identifypotential risks and issues related to e-commerce project delivery,and develop mitigation strategies to addressthem.

    User Experience(UX) and ConversionOptimization:

    • Focus onimproving the user experience of the e-commerce platform andoptimizing the conversion funnel to drive sales and enhancecustomersatisfaction.

    Highlyexperienced in managing Tier 1Vendors:

    • Managerelationships with external vendors or e-commerce solutionproviders to ensure the successful delivery of e-commerce solutionsandservices.

    ContinuousImprovement:

    • Foster aculture of continuous improvement to innovate and enhance thee-commerce offering.
