    Description

    Project Planning and Execution:

    • Develop and maintain project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and budgeting to ensure the successful implementation of e-commerce initiatives.

    E-commerce Platform Expertise:

    • Leverage in-depth knowledge of e-commerce platforms and technologies to make informed decisions about platform selection, integrations, and customizations.

    Cross-functional Collaboration:

    • Work closely with web developers (internal and external ), UX/UI designers, marketing professionals, and IT specialists to ensure seamless integration of e-commerce initiatives with existing systems and processes.

    Stakeholder Management:

    • Engage with key stakeholders to gather requirements, provide project updates, and ensure that the e-commerce project meets the needs of the business and its customers.

    Agile Methodologies:

    • Utilize agile project management methodologies to facilitate iterative development, adapt to changing requirements, and deliver value to the business in short cycles.

    Risk Management:

    • Identify potential risks and issues related to e-commerce project delivery, and develop mitigation strategies to address them.

    User Experience (UX) and Conversion Optimization:

    • Focus on improving the user experience of the e-commerce platform and optimizing the conversion funnel to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction.

    Highly experienced in managing Tier 1 Vendors:

    • Manage relationships with external vendors or e-commerce solution providers to ensure the successful delivery of e-commerce solutions and services.

    Continuous Improvement:

    • Foster a culture of continuous improvement to innovate and enhance the e-commerce offering.
