    Description
    • University degree (bachelors ormasters) in relevant discipline or equivalent combination ofqualifications and experience
    • ProjectManagement Professional (PMP), Associate in Project Management(APM) or equivalent certification is prefer

    Knowledge, Skills AndExperience

    • Preferably with ADNOC offshoreexperience
    • Typically requires more than 20years of broad and extensive pertinent experience, includingminimum 10 years project management experience, mastering theirarea and knowledgeable about impacts on other areas; of whichsubstantial experience successfully managing major/complexinternational or remote locationprojects.
    • Requires strong technical skill asrelevant to the project scope(s)
    • Good level ofexperience in the related field, industry, and locations of thework
    • Has thorough knowledge of project successand benefits management
    • Expert in stakeholdermanagement with extensive experience in managing challengingstakeholders and able to coach and advise others in thisarea
    • Thorough understanding of requirementsmanagement from creation to monitoring to verification of complexproject requirements and their linkage to businessbenefits.
    • Knowledge of work flow management,established policies for engineering ownership, globalization ofprojects and request for tenderprocess
    • Experienced in assembling and managingmulti-phase project budgets, including riskcontingencies
    • Expert Practitioner in RiskManagement processes, well versed in how risks are transposed intocost, time and contingency estimates andforecasts
    • Advanced knowledge of various formsof vendor contracts across many types of goods and services; ableto create new appropriate contracting frameworks and negotiate tosuccessful conclusion.
    • Able to manage complexmajor project start-up, produce and communicate the projectexecution plan
    • Expert understanding of bothexplicit and implicit dependencies and able to explain these andbuild into recommendations
    • Experience ofimplementing successful project performance improvement activitiesand techniques for recovering poorperformance
