    JobDescription

    • Develop strategic F&Bprograms and sales & marketing programs that are in linewith Ennismore global direction andvision.
    • Provide overall leadership support andguidance to the F&B division within the Mondrian GoldCoast, remaining true to Ennismore's disruptiveDNA.
    • Function as the professional responsiblefor leading, directing, and supporting the venue-level managementto consistently develop, execute and review seasonal and ongoingmenu development in compliance with each restaurant'sspecific brand integrity.
    • Menu developmentsupport & review; restaurants, bars, banquets &catering and in-room dining.
    • SupportRecruitment, Hiring, and Training of key positions throughout theproperty.
    • Facilitate appropriate, consistentmeetings and one-on-ones with hotel F&B management toensure clear communication and continued mentorship developingsuccessful Restaurant Managers.
    • Manage andoversee adherence of daily F&B operations to budgetedfinancial goals, ensuring those goals are either met orexceeded.
    • Promote guest satisfaction throughoutthe operation. Respond to guest complaints in a timelymanner.
    • Implement repeat guest recognitionprograms to build loyalty to theoperation.
    • Maintain a high-level path toachieving brand goals, such as 50 Best and Hattedawards
    • Act as a liaison between the communityand the Food and Beverage operation.
    • Workingcollaboratively with Ennismore's global F&B team,Carte Blanched, on restaurant concepts and collaborative innovationand creating a new innovative menu.
    • Workseamlessly with brand partners and corporatepartnerships.
    • Keep immediate supervisor fullyinformed of all problems or matters requiringattention.
    • Ensure compliance with all localliquor laws, and health and sanitation regulations and all otherFood and Beverage related life/safety and other legal compliance inaccordance with federal and local laws.

    Qualifications

    Whatwe're looking for...

    • 8+ years of experience in a seniorfood & beverage role, preferably within a lifestyle brandor multi-venue restaurant group.
    • Resort, localand international experiencepreferred.
    • You're a strong teamleader, a natural at managing and inspiring others in a way thatgets the best out of them.
    • You combineanalytical and methodical thinking with high attention to detailand a solution-focused approach.
    • Excellentverbal and written communication skills.
    • Youhave a solid understanding of local legal compliancerequirements.
