    Position Overview:

    As a Brand Partnerships Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the agency's success by fostering strategic partnerships between brands and top-tier influencers. Your primary responsibility will be to identify, secure, and manage brand partnerships that align with the agency's clients' marketing objectives. You will work closely with the creative and accounts teams to develop innovative campaigns that resonate with our clients' target audiences and deliver outstanding results.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Identify and prospect potential brand partners that align with their clients' brands and campaign goals.
    2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new brand partners to foster long-term collaborations.
    3. Collaborate with the accounts and creative teams to develop tailored influencer marketing strategies for each brand partnership.
    4. Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for all parties involved.
    5. Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with industry trends to identify new opportunities and emerging influencers.
    6. Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns, ensuring timely execution and delivery of exceptional results.
    7. Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to provide valuable insights and optimizations to clients and internal teams.
    8. Work closely with influencers to ensure they meet campaign requirements and brand guidelines.
    9. Oversee influencer content creation and approve deliverables to ensure they meet brand standards.
    10. Collaborate with the legal team to ensure all contractual agreements are compliant and protect both parties' interests.
    11. Represent the agency at industry events and networking opportunities to expand their brand presence and potential partnerships.

    Qualifications:

    1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
    2. Proven track record of successfully managing brand partnerships within the influencer marketing space.
    3. Strong understanding of the influencer marketing landscape and experience working with various social media platforms.
    4. Exceptional negotiation and communication skills to effectively liaise with brands and influencers.
    5. Ability to think creatively and strategically to devise innovative influencer marketing campaigns.
    6. Analytical mindset with the capability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
    7. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
    8. Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
    9. Knowledge of the Dubai market and regional influencer landscape is a plus.
