Description
We are a fashion brand in UAE looking for a Production & Stock Supervisor to oversee production and stock. You would be responsible for overseeing all stages of the production process and stock management. You need to make sure that the quality and number of goods are correct. We need a self-motivated person with experience in ready-made garments manufacturing.


Responsibilities:


  • Overseeing production processes.
  • Ensuring quality control by inspecting finished products for defects or flaws that may need to be corrected.
  • Closely monitor sewing and finishing getting the best possible output and giving direction on the floor.
  • Experienced in sourcing fabrics.
  • Ensure product stock is adequate for all distribution channels and can cover direct demand from customers.
  • Maintain records of items received, stored, and shipped.

What We're Looking For:


  • Positive, enthusiastic and passionate about the apparel industry.
  • Related experience in Fashion Manufacturing.
  • Sensitive to fashion.
  • Handson experience in apparel Production/Sourcing.
  • Experience dealing with suppliers and manufacturers in the UAE.
  • Extreme attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Must be sharp, deadline focused and motivated.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
AED2, AED3,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- manufacturing: 2 years (preferred)
