Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Accountant located in Umm al-Quwain, United Arab Emirates. The responsibilities of the Business Accountant include managing financial records and reports, preparing budgets, conducting thorough financial analysis, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Additional tasks involve managing accounts payable and receivable, payroll processing, tax compliance, and providing financial insights to help guide business strategies.
Qualifications
- Proficient in financial reporting, budgeting, and accounting principles
- Strong knowledge in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing
- Experience with financial analysis and tax compliance
- Proficiency in accounting software and spreadsheet applications
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or equivalent certification preferred)
- Prior experience in manufacturing or a similar industry is an added advantage
