    Job Description

    Thecandidate for this position will excel at creating and closing newopportunities. This person will use their expertise to identify andqualify leads leading to sales opportunities with both new andexisting customers.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyersin marketing and purchasing property for the right price under thebest terms.
    • Determine clients needs andfinancial abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
    • Intermediate negotiation processes consult clients onmarket conditions prices mortgages legal requirements and relatedmatters ensuring fair and honest dealing.
    • Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts leases deedsclosing statements etc.)
    • Remain knowledgeableabout real estate markets and best practices.
    • Ability to work independently combined with excellentinterpersonal skills.
    • Strong sales negotiationand communication skills.
    • Pleasant andtrustworthy.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum3year experience in Dubai Real Estate Market.
    • English French or Russian speakers arerequired.
    Skills

    You have at least3 years experience within Sales (B2C) or Business Developmentideally within the Real Estate industry.

    • Target driven with a proven track record of success in asimilar role.
    • Strong team player and goalorientated.
    • Excellent interpersonal skillscommunication skills and Presentation skills.
    • Effective negotiation and analytical skills.
    • You possess excellent interpersonal as well as writtenand verbal communication skills.
    • You are astrong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders.
    • You are highly goal driven and work well in fastpacedenvironments.
    • You possess strong analyticalskills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data.
