    Description
    • Provide day-to-day administrative support.
    • Greet and assist visitors and key stakeholders when they arrive at the Center of Quality. Address employees' and clients' queries (via email, phone or in-person)
    • Follow the Center's workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency. Maintain an organized and systematic filing system.
    • Carry out various administrative tasks like handling calls, disseminating correspondence, scheduling meetings, etc.
    • Manage the center's stationary supplies keeping into consideration the cost effect.
    • Perform basic bookkeeping activities and update the accounting system. Prepare and distribute reports measuring training results.
    • Assist all trainers in the Center of Quality to prepare material and set up the center for sessions.
