What You Will Do In YourRole

Supervise/coordinateproduction efforts that drive improvement in all associated workprocesses affecting EHS, compliance, reliability, quality,production and costs.
Support the MPO (MachinePaced Operation) Process System to align and optimize themanufacturing enterprise in delivering value to thebusiness.
Facilitate team development andgrowth, employee skill development, problem-solving and resolution,building employee commitment and ownership and holding employeesaccountable.
Drive safety excellence throughpromoting employee involvement, ownership, and accountability toproactively eliminate hazards.
Monitor productquality and provide direction to crew members to maximizeefficiency.
Assist with troubleshootingproduction issues.
Provide safety training tocrew members.
Provide coaching; teamdevelopment/performance management.
Completedata entry responsibilities and generatereports.

TheExperience You WillBring

Requirements:

Two (2) or more years of supervisoryexperience in industrial manufacturing or militaryenvironment.
Must have a solid workingknowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability tolearn various PC-based production reporting systemsapplications.
Must be able and willing to worksafely, and adhere to all safety rules and regulations, includingwearing and using appropriate personal protective equipment(PPE).
Must be able and willing to work in amanufacturing plant environment, including extended periods of timein noisy, nonair conditioned or unheatedareas.
Must be able and willing to workflexible work schedules and departmentchanges.
