    Description
    • Execute the daily functions ofarrival and departure for guests in a manner keeping with theFairmont Service Promise and theguests.
    • Adheres to and executes all job taskchecklist points.
    • Perform registration processby obtaining data from guest and by observing the establishedguidelines.
    • Review all Group Resumes, VIPreports, daily business reports.
    • Maintain highstandards of personal appearance and grooming, which includewearing the proper uniform and nametag whileworking.
    • Comply at all times with Accorstandards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient hoteloperations which include but are not limited to Front Officepolicies and Accounting policies.
    • Cash handlingand credit processing as required, to include Gift Cardredemption.
    • To support the Concierge orTelephone Operator as required.
    • Resolve guestcomplaints or otherwise follow up withmanager.
    • Review room queue and work withHousekeeping to expedite turnover.
    • Reach out toguests to communicate room is ready and coordinate luggage deliverywith Guest Services if luggage has beenstored.
    • Handle Due-Out and Discrepancy updatingin communication with the HousekeepingDepartment.
    • Post applicable charges for latecheck-outs requests.
    • Perform daily"bucket check report" against guest folioensuring that charges are accurately posted and support receiptsare properly filed/attached.
    • Ensure thatone's cash report is balanced and closed at the end ofthe shift with remittance envelop dropped in the cashvault.
    • Ensure the strict control of room keys.Enforce the key handling procedures ensuring maximumsecurity.
    • Ensure proper handling anddocumentation of guest's valuables being secured in hotelsafe deposit box.
    • Drive and champion ALLloyalty program.
    • Drive FO Up sellingprogram.
    • Be familiar with hotel services andpromotions and promote them.
    • Use Royal ServiceManager as the main method of communication throughout thedepartment as required for communication.
    • Takeand deliver accurate and timely guestmessages.
    • Respond to queriespositively.
    • Follow department policies,procedures and service standards, including all safetypolicies.
    • Other tasks asassigned.
