    Job Description

    This function will be part of Information Management team whose mission is to introduce a set of policies, processes, organizational changes, and technologies to optimise and automate ways to identify, create, collect, classify, organise, govern, secure, use, exchange, maintain, preserve, and dispose of information in GAC Group.

    The primary goal for the role is to design and develop technology solutions based on Informatica platform in the area of Information Governance, including MDM, DQM, Metadata Management, and Data Security, to enable and support the goals & priorities set by the Digital Product Managers (DPM).

    Job Requirements

    Educational Qualification

    An undergraduate or postgraduate degree in computer science, engineering. Or similar knowledge.

    Professional Qualification

    • Problem-solving skills.
    • Taking initiative and ownership in solving business problems.
    • Experience in gathering and analysing requirements and converting them to architecture and solution design specifications.
    • Experience in working in agile development environments (Kanban, Scrum).

    Specialist Knowledge

    • Knowledge of Informatica (MDM/DQM/EDC/AXON) or similar information governance platforms and experience in end-to-end implementation of the same.
    • Knowledge of MDM, DQM, and Metadata Management concepts.
    • Knowledge of Data Governance concepts and familiarity with Data Stewardship activities.
    • Knowledge and practical experience in implementing data protection mechanisms, including encryption/masking, access management, and tracking data usage.
    • Experience in data integration (batch and/or API).
    • Experience with integration-related services on Azure Platform including Azure API Gateway and API Management.
    • Experience with SQL Server and related services.

    Communication / Language

    • Communicate effectively across all levels.
    • Documentation skills.
    • Cultural awareness within a multi-cultural corporate environment.
    • Good English spoken language skills are essential.

    Computer Aptitude

    • Solid understanding of IT (Architecture, Development, Infrastructure, DevOps).
    • MS Office: MS Word / MS Excel / MS PowerPoint.
    • MS Visio or other modelling tools.

    Detailed Experience Levels

    1+ years of experience in software design/development, application and data architecture, product management, software integration, automated software testing, data management/governance, business intelligence, security and/or business process analysis, with emphasis on Informatica platform.
