    Responsiblefor helping the call centre agent solving technician calloutassignment conflicts (priorities & trouble shooters fitterschedule)

    Accountablefor solving and closing the open callouts and reacting in case ofstopped equipment and/or safetyissues

    Accountablefor reducing the callouts in hisarea

    Accountablefor the timely completion of the planned maintenancevisits

    Accountablefor the planned maintenance scheduling andoptimizedrouting

    Responsiblefor performing siteaudits

    Responsiblefor investigating accidents and following company policy onevidence custody and internalreporting.

    Responsiblefor the control and authorization ofovertime

    Peoplemanagement /Leadership

    Accountablefor the performance of his assignedtechnicians

    Accountablefor maintenance technicians motivation and competencedevelopment

    Accountablefor determining and checking technicians performanceobjectives

    Accountablefor communication to his technicians &conducting of the weekly tool boxmeeting

    Responsible of defining thetechnician capacity need and for the technician hiring andselection process.

    Requirements

    Bachelor sDegree inEngineering

    512years experience in the samefield

    Engineeringstandards and codes ofpractice

    Contract andcommercialknowledge

    Planningskills

    Procurement andsellingskills

    Ability to planorganize lead and monitor team efforts to their successfulcompletion

    Excellent inEnglish Language Arabic would be anadvantage
