    • Develop client and potentialclient relationships.
    • Have a strong knowledgeof the commercial real estate, office, and serviced office market(preferably but not a pre-requisite) you workin.
    • Understand the full sales cycle fromprospecting, pre-vetting leads, and site inspections to signing newbusiness.
    • Good written and spoken communicationto engage with prospective and existingclients.
    • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annualtargets.
    • Creative thinker, who can identify newand innovative ways to onboard newbusiness.
    • Engage with key introducers, brokers,and licensing authority.
    • Actively participatein networking events and functions.

    JobRequirements

    • At least3-5 years UAE experience of successful sales experience in premiumhotels, real estate brokers, or businesscenters.
    • Must be fluent inEnglish
    • Ability to identify new businessopportunities and sales channels, and experience building a strongsales pipeline
    • Ability to manage a portfolio ofmultiple clients, and to maintain relationships with clients,affiliates, and key industry contacts
    • Able tonegotiate with decision-makers, senior executives, andCEOs
    • Great interpersonal, communications, andnetworking / outgoing skills
    • Team player ableto work under pressure, and juggle a variety oftasks
    • Able to handle client correspondences andinquiries
