    Description

    JOBRESPONSIBILITIES

    • Responsiblefor developing the detailed Business Data migration plan inconjunction with the Project Manager Technical teams and DataTeam
    • Responsible for ensuring that the planswill deliver data of sufficient quality correct structure and withrelevant enrichment to support the migration of Brands or Functionsfrom Legacy to New World
    • Responsible forsupporting and briefing the Business Data SME and Data Cleansers inunderstanding the Data requirements for Migration functional use ofthe Data in order to manage and apply best practice to datacleansing and enrichment.
    • Manages the BusinessData SMEs and Data Cleansers to deliver against theplan
    • Responsible to for the Business Dataelement of the Technical Cutover and Data Migration Plans throughcollaboration with the Technical Cutover leads and the wider DataTeam
    • Responsible to communicate and manageagainst and maintain the Business Data Sprint Plan updatingmanaging and communicating any changes to all key stakeholdersactions owners and SPOCs
    • Responsible forvalidating the Data quality thru checkpoints and Sprintreviews
    • Collaborates with Legacy IT teams toidentify issues and proposed actions to improve the Data quality atsource
    • Responsible for providing updates to theData BPO/Data Gov Board as to status and recommendations foractions to meet key milestones and qualityrequirements
    • Responsible for running the DataStand up with the Business and coordinating delivery of Dataactivities
    • Responsible to identify risks andissues propose mitigating actions and escalate asneeded
    • Responsible for identifying Businessfacing Lessons Learnt from each Sprint and Data Migration to berolled into actionable change
    • Develops a deepunderstanding of the Functional Design and the datarequirements
    • Acts as a Subject matter expertfor Data Requirements to guide and support the Business teams inthe Data Cleansing and Enrichment process from start up tomigration and to close residual issues in the hypercareperiod

    QUALIFICATION

    Knowledge:

    • Agood commercial understanding of business IT systems andinterdependencies as well as Master Data Management andTransactional data
    • Knowledge or Oracle MOMsuite and/or BY Supply Chain/SCPO/RPO suites anadvantage

    Experience:

    • (Ideally)coming from the Business/commercial teams with experience relevantto the Portfolio they will support or a Data Management backgroundin IT in similar solutionslandscape.
    • Experience of executing task againstcritical paths and deadlines managing priorities anddeadlines
    • Currently operating at a supervisorylevel used to directing or leading teams in task and activity(directly or indirectly)
    • Can demonstrate havingparticipated in or led a team adopting newprocesses.
    • Experience of working and/or leadingin cross functionalteams

    Skills:

    • Astrong communicator able to clearly communicate what is requiredand manage challenge and queries
    • Able tocommunicate in a way that builds trust and confidence amongst peersand business end users
    • Demonstrate a clearapproach to prioritisation and knowing when to escalate queries forsupport or decision making
    • Demonstrableinterpersonal skills to work with diverse teams and collaborateacting as a lead in a wider cross functionalteam
    • Demonstrable ability and experience ofworking in and acting in a lead role in a matrix structure upwardsacross and downwards
    • Demonstrates attention todetail and precision in task identification andexecution
    • Demonstrates a genuine passion andenthusiasm for the role that Data management plays in successfulfunctional and technical delivery of Transformationprogrammes
    • A customer first approach confidentand experienced in interacting in a multi functional / multidisciplineenvironment
