    The AssistantManager for the Security & Loss Prevention Department willbe responsible for

    safeguarding the assets of thecompany, reducing fraud activities, and minimizing financiallosses

    due to fraudulent activities. This roleinvolves overseeing the day-to-day operations ofthe

    security loss prevention team, implementingfraud prevention strategies, shrinkage reductionand

    collaboration.

    ● Ensure that you understand, align performanceand actions with, and can clearly articulatethe

    vision and values of the S&LPdepartment and the business. Flexible to work weekendsand/or

    overnight shifts, asnecessary.

    ● Budget Management: Assisting in thepreparation and management of the department'sbudget.

    Monitoring and mitigate cost controlrelated to security operations and loss preventionactivities.

    ● Conduct Security Compliance auditshelping to ensure physical standards are inplace.

    ● Emergency Response and CrisisManagement: Developing and implementingemergency

    response plans and protocols.Coordinating and responding to security-related emergencies orcrises, ensuring the safety and well-being of employees andcustomers.

    ● Prevention Strategy Development:Develop and implement comprehensive theft, fraudand

    manipulation prevention strategies tailoredto the e-commerce environment to reducelosses

    targeted customers, sellers, andstaff.

    ● Risk Assessment: Identify potentialrisks and vulnerabilities at the facility and within the operationsand recommend preventive measures.

    ● DataAnalysis and Profiling: Prepare and present reports on securityincidents, fraud trends,

    and mitigationstrategies to senior management. Analyze data to identify patternsand trends

    related to online fraud and securitybreaches. Implement corrective actions andimprovements

    based on analysis andfindings.

    ● Team Leadership and management: Trainand Develop and Manage the security andloss

    prevention team. Schedule and assign tasksto ensure efficient monitoring and responseto

    security incidents and conduct performanceevaluations and provide feedback to teammembers.

    ● Availability and Coordination:Coordinate with Government agencies at site level as well asthe

    regulatory authorities for all securityrelated equipment and subjects, (e.g., SIRA, PSBD) Actas

    point of contact for law enforcementauthorities. Also, for emergency or criticalcircumstances.

    ● Effectively manage securityservices vendor for SLA adherence and conduct trainingfor

    security guards on S&LPprocesses.

    ● Investigation: Conduct preliminaryanalysis and subsequent investigation of losses both internal& external.

    ● Conduct interviews when anycases of policy violations arise, including internal and externaltheft, reporting investigation results.

    ●Escalate all critical incidents to business partners (SLPleadership, Operations, HR, Legal, Safety,etc.)

    ● Manage SLP JIRA Tickets assigned andfollow to ensure the agreed SLA is adhered to.

    ●Effectively use resources for data, CCTV, and other surveillance,for purposes of loss analysis

    andinvestigations.

    ● Compliance: Ensure compliancewith relevant laws and regulations related to security andloss

    prevention.

    ● TechnologyIntegration: Stay abreast of technological advancements andintegrate innovative

    security solutions whereapplicable.

    ● Build effective workingrelationship within team & manage stakeholders in thebusiness to

    drive and closure of recommendationsand management action plans. Effectivelypartnering

    with internal & Externalcustomers in evaluating current and future security serviceprocesses

    and initiatives.

    What you'llneed:

    ●Previous Background in Security Management, Ex Military,Police.

    ● Must be able to communicate in Englishand Competent in writing in English and any

    otherLanguages would be an advantage

    ● Develop anddeliver training programs to enhance overall security awarenesswithin the

    company.
