    Description

    Were looking for a Sales Executivefor leisure segment who is responsible to manage sales leisureactivities and events also cultivate client relationships in linewith the annual sales and marketing plan.

    A little taste of yourdaytoday:

    Every day is different but youllmostly be:

    • Developing and implementingsales strategies to attract leisure travellers to thehotel.
    • Identifying and prospecting potentialclients within the leisure marketsegment.
    • Building and maintaining strongrelationships with travel agencies tour operators and other leisureindustry partners.
    • Creating tailored packagesand promotions to appeal to leisureguests.
    • Conducting market research to stayinformed about industry trends and competitorsofferings.
    • Negotiating contracts and agreementswith leisure clients.
    • Collaborating with otherdepartments such as marketing and reservations to ensure seamlessguest experiences.
    • Meeting sales targets andKPIs set by the hotel management.
    • Providingexcellent customer service and addressing any inquiries or concernsfrom leisure guests.
    • Generating regular reportson sales performance and market trends to inform decisionmakingprocesses.
    • To proactively create and convertrevenue opportunities for the InterContinental Abu Dhabi fromqualified key accounts by planning and executing sales activitiesbased on strategies and financialtargets

    What Weneed from you:

    • Bachelors degree /higher education qualification isrequired.
    • Prior experience in Sales orHospitality or related field
    • English languageproficiency required. Arabic and other languages would bepreferred.
    • Strong knowledge of local businessesand business trends required.
    • Ability to workwell in a team.
