    MTCis looking for the Support Executive Interns who want to gainindustry experience in supporting the overall processes and tasksin various company aspects. If you are ready to start yourProfessional career and get real-time experience, then you are atthe right place. As a Support Executive Intern, your roles andresponsibilities will be asfollows:
    Core FunctionalResponsibilities
    • Answeringinquiries
    • Supportingcustomers through the email ticketing system and phone calls in atimelymanner.
    • Providedetailed information tocustomers.
    • Following upwith customers for any furtherinformation.
    • Takingfeedback fromcustomers.
    • Negotiatingacceptable terms for both the company and thecustomer.
    • IdentifyingPatterns- where problems reoccur and in what area needsimprovement, address them with theteam.
    • Exhibitingpatience in order to appease the most difficultclients.
    • Solvingproblems creatively when easy solutions are notavailable.

    GeneralResponsibilities

    • Understandthe products and services provided by thecompany.
    • Providingnew talents with training sessions for enhancing theirskills.
    • Maintaininga healthy relationship withclients.
    • Adhering tocompany policies, rules andregulations.

    Abhyaz Internshipsare a 4-8 weeks remote opportunity designed to develop yourprofessional acumen while you work on critical real time projects.Youare expected to spend 10 to 15 hrs a week.Ourteam of mentors and industry professionals guide you through everystep of the project for you to gain valuable hands onexposure. We publish yourwork results in your online portfolio, allowing you to strengthenyour professional resume and social media profiles, whileshowcasing your work to best position your talents for futureopportunities.The outcomes will be byte-sized projects that willhave to be delivered every week. Your outcomes will be reviewed andgrade by peers and your supervisors. Interns who excel in theirproject maybe offered a full-time job with thecompany.

    Requirements
