    Description
    • Createdetailed schedules and set deadlines for various stages of aproject
    • Distributeassignments to creative teams and other departments depending ontheir availability andpriorities
    • Meetwith clients to learn more about new project details and giveprogress updates on existing projects communicating anyissues
    • Monitorprojects and workloads adjusting assignments and deadlinesaccordingly
    • Maintainjobfiles
    • Workwith freelancers and contractors and ensure they have the resourcesneeded for theirjobs
    • Identifythe right freelancers and outsources creative resources needed onthe job. So it s important for the traffic manager to have contactsof talents like: animators STB artists copywriters designers motiongraphics etc


    Requirements

    • Bachelorsdegree in Business Administration or related field.
    • Should have at least 5 years ofproven experience as a Traffic Manager or Operations Manager with amultinational advertisingagency.
    • Musthave a strong focus on attention to detail and consistency with theability to workautonomously.
    • Strongcommunication skills are essential for managing key stakeholdersand demonstrating a proactiveattitude.
    • Projectmanagement experience and understanding of advertising and thecreative process arenecessary.
    • Flexibilityan eye for detail and common sense are crucial for handlingchangingworkloads.
    • Integritydiscretion and willingness to support colleagues are highlyvalued.
    • Basicunderstanding of creative traffic processes and proficiency in MSOffice especially Excel arerequired.
    • Thecandidate should be highly detailoriented reliable able to workwell under deadlines and manage multiple prioritiessimultaneously.
    • Musthave an excellent command of English.

Thecandidate should be highly detail-oriented, reliable, able to workwell under deadlines, and manage multiple prioritiessimultaneously. Must have an excellent command ofEnglish.
