    Senior Buyer - Dubai, United Arab Emirates - McDermott International, Ltd

    Description

    Do you have a strongexperience in providing assistance with day-to-day administrativefunctions and supporting the HRdepartment?

    TheHuman Resources Coordinator helps to facilitate a smooth and timelyflow of communication for the HR ; The Assistant also serves as aresource for new hires who have additional on-boarding questions orissues and general employee population ; In addition, the roleencompasses the followingresponsibilities:



    Requirements

    • Supportingthe job requisition opening, posting and closing process &creating offerletters
    • Executethe successful completion of new-hire and transfer onboardingprocess, collating all new hire paperwork and new hire information,arranging equipment, creating IDs
    • CompleteI-9 information, e-verify, and background checks as needed, ensureappropriate information is distributed to corporate office,payroll, benefits, L&D and the employeese-file
    • Facilitate,check and supervise the timely processing of all employee changes(promotions, approver changes, titles) and serve as the primaryliaison with the payroll department to ensure these changes arecompletedproperly
    • Executetermination paperwork and offboarding processtasks
    • Serveas an employee resource, answering any questions related to anemployee s start or successful on-boarding, support 30-daycheck-ins
    • Managetuition reimbursement program and employee referral bonus trackingand processing
    • SupportHR team s goals and objectives including diversity initiatives,training and talent development, engagement and belonginginitiatives in partnership with
    • Developprocess efficiencies, so the entire team remains informed, and theHR function operatessmoothly
    • Supportbusiness, technology, and office experience leads to manage space,remote work initiatives, IT and facilities
    • Assistwith ad hoc HR data reporting, audit requests, coordinate andscheduling interviews for special projects related to People& Culture asneeded

    Qualifications:

    • 1+years of work experience in Administrative, Human Resources orother supportservices
    • Bachelors Degree strongly preferred; undergraduate degree in HumanResources or HR internship
    • Strongknowledge of Microsoft Office and working knowledge ofWindows-based computer programs required, specifically Outlook and
    • Mustprovide excellent customer service, understand the business needs,take initiative, possess excellent interpersonal skills (bothwritten andverbal)
