    Description
    Act as the client's main point ofcontact for the delivery of media services


    • Customer relationship management/customer satisfactionmanagement
    • Manage all interconnections (THALISunits, airlines, CSPs, design agencies, third party externalapplication suppliers) necessary for the success of theprogram
    • Ensure regional coordination insupporting global customer satisfaction
    • Proactive risk and opportunity management
    • Liaise with the integrated program team on new media relatedprogram scope, timeline, cost and risks
    • Comprehensive and detailed post-award planning for effective andeffective program management (scope, timeline, cost andrisks)
    • Coordinate with contracts to negotiateMSA
    • Media program implementation (scope,schedule, cost and risks)
    • Support bids todetermine appropriate budget for scope, timeline and risksassumed
    • ICO, PO and PCO management, andassociated revenue and cash; Manage and implement media-relatedchange order opportunities (PCOs).
    • Supportplanning, implementation, implementation, monitoring and control ofall phases of the media development schedule (ITCM, PDR, CDR, SIPPlanning/Demos, TRR Program Freeze, FSAT and EISsupport
    • Plan EIS requirements, communicaterequirements internally and externally, support EIS implementationand in-service support

    ContentIntegrator:

    • Examines video and audio files toensure they adhere to company specifications, reporting anyanomalies so that the files are classified for rework andrejection.
