Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Abu Dhabi for a Real Estate Sales Manager. The responsibilities include leading and managing the sales team to achieve targets, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and strengthening client relationships, developing sales strategies, and managing the sales process for both residential and commercial properties. The role also involves mentoring team members, ensuring exceptional customer service, and staying up-to-date with market trends and property values.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Real Estate and an active Real Estate License
- Strong skills in Sales, Real Property transactions, and strategic decision-making
- Excellent Customer Service with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Advanced knowledge of the real estate market, trends, and valuation techniques
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
- Proficiency in property management or leasing is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
